ARDA is managed by a professional Board of Directors and an Executive Secretariat. We were recently supported by 8 full-time staff and 10 community volunteers. To maximize resource mobilization, we are currently left with 5 part-time during our rollout phase, we maintain a streamlined core team focused on the Projects.
